Der Messeauftritt von Bizerba steht in diesem Jahr unter dem Slogan „Labeling Quality“. Wir zeigen unseren Kunden moderne Hard- und Software zur Umsetzung der Deklarationsverordnung, die seit Dezember 2014 gilt. Wie es möglich wird, die Effek-tivität der Produktion zu verbessern und mit kalku-lierbaren Kosten über den Lebenszyklus zu rechnen, stellen wir anhand von Overall Equipment Effective-ness (OEE)-Tools und LCC (Liofecycle Cost)-Modellen vor. Im Fokus stehen darüber hinaus Lösungen die illustrieren, wie Industrie 4.0-Ansätze Einzug in die Lebensmittelindustrie halten können. Regionalität spielt eine immer wichtigere Rolle bei der Kaufentscheidung der Kunden. Wie kön-nen Sie die Hersteller bei der Kennzeichnung und Rückverfolgbarkeit der Waren unterstützen? Unter dem Begriff „FoodLabel 2016“ bieten wir einen Werkzeugkasten, aus dem Kunden das für sie passende Paket auswählen und schnell in ihren Kennzeichnungsprozess implementieren können. Produktseitig ist beispielsweise der Preisauszeich-ner GLM-Ievo C-Wrap eine echte Hilfe. Dazu wird ein langes Etikett wie ein C um die Packung gelegt, was mehr Platz für Produktinformationen schafft. The motto of our trade fair presence will be “Label-ling Quality”. Bizerba will present modern hard and software solutions that will help our customers to implement the declaration regulation that is legally binding since December 2014. We will show how it is possible to increase production efficiency and reliably calculate costs over the entire life-cycle by means of our Overall Equipment Effectiveness-Tools (OEE) and LCC (Lifecycle Cost) models. Another focus will be on solutions that illustrate how indus-try- 4.0 approaches are going to change the face of the food industry. Regional products are becoming more and more popular amongst customers. How do you support food producers in labelling and tracing their products? Under the headline of “FoodLabel 2016” we offer a tool kit that allows our customers to compile the right package for their needs, and which can be implemented quickly into their own systems. On the product side, the price labeller GLM-levo C-Wrap is one example out of many helpful solutions. A long label is wrapped around the packaging in the form of a C. This design provides more spare for product information. All important product information and regional features can be displayed in an appealing manner. The printing at the side of the label is obvious at first glance – even if the product is stacked in supermarket shelves. Important information e.g on allergens, are noticed at first glance. If there is little room on the labels, the traceability portal fTrace offered by GS1 Germany offers a useful solution. By scanning a QR-code printed on the packaging, the customer can visit the respective website where he or she can access detailed infor-mation on the product.
