Um das Lösungsangebot rund um die Digitali- sierung und vorausschauende Wartung zu demonstrieren, baut Bizerba ein Kontroll- zentrum auf: Die Exponate am Messestand werden mit Geräten im Showroom in der Zentrale in Balingen vernetzt. So lassen sich die Integration und Inbetriebnahme von Maschinen an anderen Standorten sowie die Simulation von Störgrößen veranschau-lichen. Dabei werden mögliche Fehlermel- dungen, Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) oder Etiketten-Lagerbestand mit Plug- In-Systemen auf dem Messe-Dashboard gezeigt. Food Safety geht vor Rückrufaktionen für Lebensmittel kosten nicht nur Geld, sondern wirken sich im schlechtesten Fall auch auf das Image des Unternehmens aus. Vor diesem Hintergrund zeigt Bizerba auf der Interpack, welche Ursachen zu Produktrückrufen führen, welche Folgen daraus entstehen können und welche Lösungen Abhilfe schaf-fen.
