Bei den meisten Betrieben werden Tiere zugekauft.“ Ob Okto-berfestzelt oder Supermarkt: Mittlerweile beliefert er rund 150 Gastronomiebetriebe, Ein-zel- und Zwischenhändler im süddeutschen Raum mit En-ten, Flugenten und Gänsen. Der Geflügelhof wächst stetig, Jahr für Jahr nimmt das Auf-tragsvolumen zu.
