Als leitender Mitarbeiter eines der fünf großen deutschen Player in dieser Spezialbranche weiß der Manager, worauf es ankommt: „Du musst zuverlässig sein, denn der Markt ist schwer umkämpft.“ Deshalb setzt Food-Industrie- Service auf langfristige Engagements in engem Kontakt mit den Kunden. Rund 70 Unterneh-men im gesamten Bundesge-biet werden aktuell von etwa 500 fest angestellten Mitarbei-tern, gesteuert von sechs Nie-derlassungen, mit Hygienedienstleistungen versorgt. Das Geschäftsmodell steht dabei auf drei Säulen: geschulte Mitarbeiter aus einem Stamm mit wenig Fluktuation, funk-tionelle, moderne Technik und Know-how in Sachen Hygienestandards. Kontinu-ierlich hat das Team um die Geschäftsführer Klaus Peter Nitz und Lars Peter Nitz in eineinhalb Jahrzehnten den Betrieb aufgebaut, „und wir wollen weiter wachsen, aber eher lang-sam und nachhaltig“, wie Mario Lagger ergänzt. Lebensmittelverarbei-tende Betriebe werden ebenso gereinigt wie Seit 2001 ist der Food-Industrie-Service in Deutschland als Spezialist für anspruchsvolle Reinigungen und Desinfektionen von Räumen, Maschinen und Anlagen der Lebensmittelindustrie aktiv. Stallungen, Sozial- und Verwaltungsbereiche sowie Silos, Verdampfer und RLT-Anlagen. Ab-fallmanagement gehört ebenfalls zum Portfolio. Eigenreinigung schrumpft „Die Eigenreinigung ist in den vergangenen Jah-ren zurückgegangen und sie schrumpft immer weiter”, sagt der Vertriebs- und Marketingleiter. Zurückzuführen ist diese Entwicklung auf technische Innovatio-nen und immer neue Vorschriften zum Hy-gienemanagement. Der Food-Industrie-Service wählt für seine Kunden die geeigneten Zuliefer-produkte und Verfahren sowie Reinigungsmittel und -maschinen aus. Wirt-schaftliche Aspekte spie-len dabei ebenso eine Rol-le wie professionelle Ab-läufe und der Schutz von Umwelt und Ressourcen. Darüber hinaus versteht sich das Unternehmen nicht nur als Reinigungsfirma, sondern bietet seinen Kun-den auch Beratung an. „Ak-tuell bauen wir gerade ein Netz mit Schulungszentren auf, in dem wir neueste Tech-nologien vorführen”, erklärt Mario Lagger. Außerdem be-rät das Unternehmen zu Si-cherheitsthemen und bietet seine Expertise auf Wunsch auch bei Neubauten oder Re-novierungen an. „Unser erklär-tes Ziel ist ein Rundum-Sorglos- Paket, damit sich unsere Kun-den um ihre eigentliche Arbeit kümmern können.“ chb www.food-industrie-service.de
