Herzstück Hightech-Lager Das Herzstück des Material-flusses am neuen Produkti-onsstandort ist das automati-sche Lager. Es bietet ca. 2.000 Kistenstellplätze und wird für die Ein- und Auslagerung so-wohl von Rohstoffen als auch von Fertigprodukten genutzt. Die Steuerung aller Lagerpro-zesse sowie die Verwaltung der Stellplätze erfolgen komplett über das CSB-System. „Mit der Inbetriebnahme des soft-waregesteuerten Lagers konn-ten wir die Lagerbestände re-duzieren, die Frische der Pro-dukte erhöhen und die Kapitalbindung verringern. Bemer-kenswert ist, dass wir für alle Ein- und Auslagerungen nicht mehr als 600 € Stromkosten pro Jahr haben“, sagt Wolf-gang Sperger. Um die Wege für die Mitarbeiter möglichst kurz zu halten und eine hohe Produktivität zu erzielen, hat jede Abteilung ihren eigenen Zugriff auf das Lager. Pro Be-reich wurden CSB-gesteuerte, multifunktionale Arbeitsplätze (CSB-Racks) installiert, an de-nen die Mitarbeiter Kisten ein- und auslagern und direkt die entsprechenden Verbuchungen erledigen können. GRAI schafft Klarheit Bei den Kisten handelt es sich um die neuen E-Performance- Behälter, die ein Inmould-Label mit GRAI (Global Returnable Asset Identifier) im Strichcode enthalten. Die GRAI wird beim Einlagern über einen Festscan-ner identifiziert, zusätzlich wird am CSB-Rack die interne Los-nummer der Artikel eingege-ben, das Gewicht ermittelt und der Inhalt mit der Kiste „ver-heiratet“. Durch die integrierte Lagerplatzverwaltung kennt die Software jederzeit den ak-tuellen Lagerort von Rohstoffen und Fertigprodukten. Mit der Einlagerungsbestätigung am Bildschirm geht ein Signal an die speicherprogrammierbare Steuerung (SPS) und die Kiste wird eingelagert. In order to keep distances for the staff as short as possible and to achieve high producti-vity, every department has ac-cess to the inventory. In each area, a multifunctional work-station (CSB-Rack) controlled by the CSB-System has been installed so the employees can enter the crates in stock, or re-move them, while directly car-rying out the related postings. The crates in use are the new performance e-crates with in-mold labels on which the GRAI (Global Returnable As-set Identifier) is contained in the barcode. On stock entry, stationary scanners identify the GRAI. Additionally at the iPoint, the item lot number is entered, the weight is deter-mined, and the crate content is “merged” with the crate. In-tegrated bin location manage-ment ensures that the soft-ware always knows the latest storage location of raw mate-rials and finished products.
