The possibilities of use of the filling stuffer can remarkably be enlarged by using Frey C-Line attachments. C-LINE components are modularly constructed and therefore are individually combinable. They are suitable for medium sized production plants with a large range of products. Burger Line DMFB92 Can with new mincer WK98 DMFB92 is an automatic line for portioning and forming of products with rounded edges. Meat products can be formed by using the low pressure technology. The special advantage is the loose consistency whose optics gives the impression of a hand formed product. In combination with our convenience food lines this is a cost-effective solution. Optionally 4- and 5-part cutting sets and a separation devise is available. Portion volume, diameter and thickness are individually selectable (product diameter ranges: 30-200 mm). The product height varies between 5-55 mm. Dosing station DS A further novelty is our servo controlled dosing and portioning system with integrated filling flow divider. It’s available from 1-8-way distribution and dosing in thermoformers, cans or trays. Multiple portioning on racks, grids or on dough lines. Separation and dosing exact in weight with different pistons or cut off knives. The movement is infinitely and free selectable via the servo motor with teach function in touch control unit TC100. The system will be delivered on wheels and can be synchronized with all standard packaging lines. Minced Meat Line Consisting of grinding head WK130, portioning line CLPS320 with integrated check weigher Neptune and tray dispenser TDL60 is a perfect solution for automatical production of minced meat. This combination performs best product quality with tendency regulation for optimum control of weights and filling quantity.
