Neben der Fremdkörperkontrolle leistet das System eine automatische Abstandsprüfung der Verpackungen auf dem Förderband sowie eine Kontrolle der Verschlüsse und Füllstände. Apart from the detection of foreign bodies, this system also automati-cally controls the distances between the packs on the conveyor belt and cont-rols the lids and filling levels. Sie verfügt über 256 MB SDRam und 128 MB Flash und bietet einen bedienerfreundlichen, widerstandsfähigen und farbigen 4.3“ Touch Screen mit sechs Menütas-ten sowie zahlreiche Schnittstellen. Über RS-232C, Centronics, Ethernet und USB 2.0 lassen sich bis zu vier externe Peripheriegeräte anschließen und das Gerät kann problemlos in bestehende IT-Strukturen integriert werden. Ein 32-bit High- Performance-Prozessor (536 MHz) sorgt für die schnelle Datenübertragung und gewähr-leistet den unterbrechungsfreien Druck.
