All weigh cells are provided with a patented, magnetic field-controlled impact pulse reduction mechanism called “MAGiiR“, re- ducing the measured value recording time by up to 30%, thereby providing more hoppers for the combination function. In conjunction with the now established, adaptive filters, measured value recording times are reduced by up to 60%. The complete control and operating unit BDE-14 offers overview pages and functions that simplify operation and control. The new intelligent weigher control enables problems to be recognized and resolved with the weigher‘s adaptive characteris-tics. Another feature of the new J-Generation is the patented Argus-01 camera. The 3D-camera records more precisely product distribution on the distribution cone and the feed trays, thereby enabling a controlled pre-distribution to the feed hoppers. Ein Beispiel dafür sind die Cartonwrap- Maschinen, die aus kostengünstigen Wellpappenrollen Kartons für Pro-dukte aller Art fertigen. Sie passen die Kartons dabei in der Größe an das zu verpackende Objekt an. Die Zuführung erfolgt über ein Fließband und der Karton wird um das Produkt herum geformt. Die eingesetzten Servoregler vom Typ Digitax ST ko-ordinieren in Verbindung mit einem netzwerkübergreifenden Manage-mentsystems sämtliche Menüs und Bewegungsprofile für die einzelnen Prozesse. Damit wird die Maschine individuell auf die jeweiligen Kundenbedürfnisse anpassbar und für das Verpacken unterschiedlichster Produktarten und -größen geeignet sein. Zudem zeigt das Unternehmen zum ersten Mal ein Traytransportsystem, das die Leistung und Prozesssicherheit von Hochleistungs-Traysealer-Linien maximiert. Die Tray Carrier transportieren selbst Trays, die sonst aufgrund ihrer Form oder ihres geringen Gewichts leicht kippen würden, schnell und sicher durch den gesamten Prozess. The supplier of dur- able packaging solutions will amongst others be introducing new composite cans and drums and high-quality plastic con-tainers designed with In-Mould Labelling (IML) processes. One of the main attractions is the impermeable barrier packaging, including peel-off top composite cans and plastic trays prod- uced with Weidenhammer‘s patented PermaSafe® technology. The company will also be introducing the NaturalCan, a composite can produced using sustainable materials. In this way the chamber belt machine will be individually adaptable to the respec-tive needs of the customer and suitable for packaging a wide range of products. The tray carriers even transport trays that would otherwise easi-ly tip because of their shape or light weight, bringing them quickly and safely through the entire process. A further highlight is the packaging line including a trayse-aler T 700xs, the H 240 handling module for loading the tray carrier with filled cups, and the H 100 handling mod-ule for unloading the sealed trays from the tray carrier.
