„To make good things even better" is for VEMAG ANLAGENBAU already for decades the motto for a consistent and customer-focused further development of its product range for the thermal treatment of foods.

At IFFA 2010 VEMAG ANLAGENBAU presented the newest product developments according to the exhibition topics „Automation", „Energy and Environement" and „Safety and Hygiene".

In our topic „Automation" for example the visitors could get an impression on their own of our automatic processes as they had been driven via roller conveyor through the innovative video lounge „CINEMAT". Herein at three stations animated films showed the ideas and possibilities at VEMAG ANLAGENBAU to the mentionned topics.

Furthermore the new transport solution for the AEROMAT VARIOPF was shown in action on top of the „CINEMAT" in a height of 5m. With the Power & Free-System the boiled sausage products are hanging on trees and they are transported automatically to the different installations.
In doing so this intelligent transport system enables not only a batchwise thermal treatment, but also it provides a fully automatic process.

A highlight of the topic „Energy and Environment" has been the new friction smoke generator H501. By operating with recirculated air and by giving the possibilty to work with dry as well as fresh wood, the H501 offers a flexible, but also cost-efficient and energy-saving solution for all friction smoked products. And besides it guarantees a safe reproducibility of products because of the automatic process.

Further intelligent solutions for energy saving as e.g. the introduction of energy saving motors with EFF1 energy class, the installation of energy saving nozzles for CIP cleaning systems, the insert of circulation systems for the intensive cooling with water as well as the use of the new control unit MICROMAT C7 with energy data documentation and energy savings could be seen on the booth.

In the topic „Safety and Hygiene" VEMAG showed new full automatical working CIP systems as well as the revised VEMAG central management and documentation system LDS which enables a digital retraceability of the complete process chain.

As probably the most innovative solution worldwide VEMAG ANLAGENBAU presented the air duct system DUO in single row hot smoking installations. In combination with an increased standard-air volume this system results in least weight losses and an optimal evenness.
